House Number Co. is an online retailer specializing in personalized ceramic house number plaques and other personalized ceramic products.

We serve customers throughout the United States. Orders are produced and shipped from the United States.

3. Products and Personalization

House Number Co. offers personalized products that are created according to the information and specifications provided by the customer.

Because personalized products are created specifically for each order, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

House numbers
Names
Text
Spelling
Numbers and characters
Design selections
Other personalization details

House Number Co. is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Product colors, finishes, textures, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor, device, lighting, and the nature of ceramic materials.

4. Orders

When you place an order through HouseNumberCo.com, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Errors in product or pricing information
Errors in personalization information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Technical or system errors
Other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide an appropriate refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added to your order where required or applicable.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or other payment providers made available at checkout.

7. Personalized Products and Cancellations

Because personalized products are made specifically according to each customer's order, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

Once production has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Customers should carefully review all personalization details before completing their purchase.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We may request photographs or other information necessary to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Brand names
Product images

Graphics

is owned by or licensed to House Number Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, copy, publish, sell, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. User Content

If you submit photographs, text, designs, reviews, or other content to House Number Co., you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person or entity.
